by: swishCongrats to the Lambda guys for successfully recolonizing and winning the former ΠΚΑ house. These guys have done a great job of sticking together, and their future looks bright as day as soon as they get off suspension. Also their 19 man pledge class this semester is impressive (though some are sophomores). Should be exciting to watch them and Sig Nu take off!

No one has the “right” to return to campus. Unfortunately the chapter was shut down by their HQ for a minimum of 5 yrs (not 4) in 2016. The soonest they would be “eligible” to begin the application process is 2021 (with the university and IFC etc) that’s if national supports it. Anything underground is going to stay that way and is its own thing - not recognized by the university or affiliated w national.

Actually, Lambda has the right to return to campus once their 4 year suspension is over. Since they have been approved before, they will be eligible to return. They have underground pledges rn
