They are still in the interviewing/colonization phase. They got good guys but they won’t have the money or freedom to do much for a few years

Nice try. They’re probably gonna end up at the small current AEPi house, if any. Sig Ep would get Pike and AEPi would take Sig Ep’s house before a new fraternity would. They have seniority and they’re really wealthy.
