definitely written by a ChiO, seeing as how they're listed as top at every relevant school listed. Chi O is bottom tier at TxSt and middle at several others listed.

Well since this is an SMU site and Kappa is listed first it's pretty obvious that Kappa is the one going around plastering all of these rankings.
