Yes, but you REALLY need something big to make it worth them bidding a grade risk. Chapters can offer bids below their chapter required GPA but not their national required ones - so if "ABC"'s SMU chapter requires a 2.75 to pledge and their national office requires a 2.5, it's possible that they could take an extraordinary pnm with a GPA between those two. But rare.
