boom is out of touch. Sig Ep is exiting campus. The gap between the remaining top five frats and the remaining smaller frats is huge. It will take years, if not a decade for any other smaller frat to replace a current Power Five Frat.

Lets be honest guys. Whoever is proposing the concept of a "power five" must either be a Sigma Chi or PhiDelt. And I'm gonna guess its a Sigma Chi because Phi Delt is MUCH closer to top tier.
Pike peaked? Lol what a play on words, their pledge class is still much better than either PhiDelt or Sigma Chi's.
