Heard everyone made quota except for Piphi and Kappa who were busy giving out snap bids

Pretty sure you have no idea what you are talking about. Pi Phi was actually over quota as were most all the sororities this year. No one gave out any snap bids. This is straight from Panhellenic. Freshman quota was 49 and then sophomore quota was I think 5.

Quota was 46. And no, Pi Phi and Kappa were both over quota. No snap bids given by either sorority.

I know for a fact that pi phi gave out at least some snap bids. I have a friend who took one.

I don't think pi phi gave out any. maybe 1 or 2 if i'm wrong about them not, but I know kappa gave at least 5...
