housing question

So I am thinking about transferring here from another school and affiliating with my sorority (Theta) here. I will be a junior if I theoretically transferred. How would I ensure that I had a spot living in the house next year or do people live hear a different year?

sorry but as a transfer you have basically no chance of living in the theta house. it's brand new, everyone wants to live there and transfers have lowest priority
