can i get in a fraternity?

I'm a freshman and didn't meet any upperclassmen and wasn't invited to any formals first semester. Since rush is coming up and I didn't get my name out there, can I still get in a house?

There's always spots just go around and talk to guys during the rounds and go out and meet people at the events
