ADPI closed in the late 90s . They just couldn't make quota. They had been here's since 1915. Don't know if they will ever return.
ADPI is not very strong in Texas. The UT and TCU chapters make quota but they are lower tier. Baylor , Tech and TAMU not good at all.

Yes there was! Panhellenic House #2 is still owned by adpi. They still own the house in hopes of returning at some point.
