lambda chi house

Are the Lambda Chi's gone for good? Is the house they used to have now owned by Beta or is Beta just renting it?

No Fraternities own their own houses at SMU. The school owns all of them. Not sure if Beta will have the house permanently, but the rumor is Lambda won't be returning for a long time
