information on each fraternity

Hey everyone! I made this post to give an accurate description of each fraternity for the incoming freshman since other posts on this website aren't so accurate.

Fiji- good fraternity with really cool guys. One of the best.
SAE- has a mixture of cool guys and weird kids. They care a lot about money so they tend to give bids to kids based off that which is why they get the mixture of cool and not cool kids. Pretty good fraternity overall though.
Pike- 3 years ago they were one of the top houses but with their recent pledge classes they're on the decline. Older kids are cool younger kids don't fit the typical pike description.
KA- good fraternity with cool guys. They got one of the better pledge classes this past year. They are definitely on the rise.
Phi Delt- fun fraternity with mostly cool guys. Only problem I have with them is they talk badly about their brothers behind their backs. Overall a good fraternity.
Sigma Chi- fairly average fraternity. they don't have the coolest kids but they aren't a bad fraternity by any means.
Beta- one of the lower ranked fraternities. Have the reputation of good guys. Very involved with the school.
Kappa Sig- lower ranked fraternity. Not very cool guys.
