I believe the word you're looking for is "accepting." Your information is as bad as your grammar. Gamma Phi's are thoroughly diverse, not only racially, but also geographically, academically, socially, etc.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Southern Methodist University - SMU 1.8 There are some really great girls in this house, but don't be fooled by the amount of people claiming it is middle tier. It is absolutely bottom tier. They never make quota and are usually the only sorority to give out bids after rush (meaning they need more girls). Also, Gamma Phi doesn't have a fabulous sisterhood like they claim. Their newest pledge class is not allowed to have a Group Me because they bullied one of their own sisters through it.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Southern Methodist University - SMU 3.2 Some of the nicest girls around. GPB is still working its way up and finding its place because it is so new here. There are lots of opportunities to help start traditions and move them forward which you can't get in a old chapter. You will be unwise not to strongly consider them during recruitment.
