used to be all sae and phi delt now phi delt has really gone downhill,empty house, awful parties and the guys are generally boring. Last year they had 1 decent party and their away weekend was called off. Once the seniors leave this house is done. last decent phi delt class

probably have the house that should be torn down on campus. big house of graphic t's and true religion jeans and spiked hair and meat heads. make a big deal about their parties but the generally suck and most girls are afraid to walk in the house smells and is sick
