rushing as a junior

I'm a sophomore and I was a little iffy about recruitment, but then I totally regretted it once registration closed. What's it like going through recruitment as a junior? Also I might not be graduating in 4 years because of a major change if that matters. I get that there's informal in the fall but I literally know nothing about the sororities besides what they are a few girls in a couple soooo yeah what are my options?
