any 4/20 friendly fraternities?

I'll be a student at Temple starting in August 2015. I'm a transfer from a community college and will be in junior standing when I start my classes on North Broad. I'm 20, and don't drink too often. I love to smoke the herb though. Are there any fraternities here that are 4/20 friendly and really chill? A more liberal fraternity would be great too.

Every fraternity smokes weed. The liberal part is harder. Fraternities in general slant conservative, but one like sammy may be up your alley.
