Whens fall rush? Also, is it easy for out of state kids to get into houses? Just want to make friends as soon as possible.

It is pretty easy to get bids at Temple regardless of where you’re from. Geeek life isn’t that big. Freshmen can’t rush until spring though. Transfers can rush in fall.
