Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Temple University - TU 3.9 These girls are eh. They definitely are DZ wannabe’s and I’m not sure why. Recruitment this year was alright. I’d like to see them become a little more unique. The girls are either really nice or really rude. DPhiE can go either way.
