Definitely look the best on paper and at recruitment, but the more girls you talk to the more you realize how superficial the org is as a whole. They might recruit the prettiest/trendiest girls and even have a few stand outs who are involved and have great personalities, but at the end of the day 90% of them just come off as self obsessed and ditzy. Don’t join if you want a sisterhood.
