could someone tell me what dphie's real personality is? because I don't have a clue. as someone mentioned before, they spend all their time trying to be like other sororities. this year, they're aspiring to be a knockoff DZ. the new pledge class is full of girls who got rejected by them and settled for dphie. good luck maintaining your fake image ladies! it won't last long

They were so superficial with their recruitment this year. Their sisterhood wasn't great to begin with but now it's even worse. The new girls have nothing in common with the older girls. They put on a fake girly girl front to get more attractive girls. I remember when dphie focused on "being real" and now they are the fakest of them all. way to ruin the one thing you had going for you.

My girls and I absolutely love the boys of Pilam. They always have great parties, but they're also such gentlemen. Their Fall pledge class is quite attractive, which certainly doesn't hurt anything. Definitely one of, if not the best fraternity at Temple. Top of the top tier.

person below sounds like a butthurt dphie. everyone knows phi sig and dz don't recruit the same type of girls...they each got the pledge classes they wanted. don't be mad because your sorority tried so hard to be dz and failed epically. focus on trying to actually keep your new members and stop worrying about other organizations
