Tri Delta, as the leadership stands now, is all nepotism and favouritism. Conduct is a complete joke--officers are not held accountable for their actions when they break chapter rules or treat other members poorly. The director of first year experience, specifically, is openly and blatantly mean towards new members, and singles out members that she personally doesn't like. If an officer doesn't like you, then the leadership as a whole will turn their back on you to side with one of their own. I would only recommend joining if you have thick skin and need something to pad your resume. On an additional note, dues required for new members are $687, and $345 each semester after initiation. For the lack of socials and events that are thrown, it is hard to tell where our money is going.

stuck-up girls who think they are bigger than life. This sorority is giving "I'm better than everyone else." Y'all need to pipe down a bit.

I hate this frat it’s always so boring and the brothers are odd and not attractive and I’m always uncomfortable

Newer pledge classes are less of what you’d expect looks-wise but mostly very sweet, genuine girls. Older pledge classes align more with stereotypes but overall pretty cool. Greek life in general is falling off so definitely not as high stakes of a chapter it used to be.

Honestly fine. Had a decent ranking with ATO and KDR being on suspension (rightfully so) but do not even come close to living up to their National name. Most guys are okay and nice enough but have massive egos due to being apart of this org. Pls steer of a brother if you get an odd vibe, I promise you your gut is not lying to you (not necessarily in the dangerous sense) but yeah, pls learn how to talk to women, guys.

Just did recruitment and preffed aephi but didn’t get a bid:/ I’m thinking about dropping and doing their informal bc they were actually super funny and genuine and i had such good Convos with them. They had the cutest theme and didn’t seem like they were trying too hard which I love.
