Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Tampa - UT 3.2 I am trying to provide accurate reviews of all the sororities at UT. This is my review of DG. In my opinion, DG seems to be going downhill. They used to be one of the best sororities at UT - they were pretty much like SDT but blonder and classier. The vast majority of girls join for the reputation, which means that many members are not "genuine" and many girls end up dropping. Older members are often mean to or dismissive of new members. Of course there are plenty of girls in DG who are perfectly nice and not catty at all, but this is a reputation of theirs for a reason. At this point I think most girls who go through recruitment want SDT, DZ, or DG... but the first two are way more desirable because the members join for reasons other than just being able to wear the letters.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of Tampa - UT 2.9 Known as the stereotypical “pretty” & blonde sorority that you see in movies. They only take you in for your looks so you better be able to afford hanging out with them. It’s also difficult to find any diversity within the group since there’s only ever 1 girl of minority at a time which says a lot about them if you know what I mean. A lot of girls tend to drop because their sisters aren’t nice to them like they expected so it’s not even worth the DG label. Not to mention, the past two years the chapter has really gone downhill upholding their pretty reputation. They should either start recruiting like they used to OR be nicer/more welcoming of all types of girls OR do both if possible but I doubt they could lol.
