DU has the brotherhood, attire, and tradition of a typical fraternity with a fair number of parties (probably based on having a charter), whereas Phi Psi is more an animal house/drinking club that prides itself on attracting the finest degenerates Swarthmore has to offer (probably based on not having to answer to higher ups). Put the two together and you have the prototypical mold for a state school fraternity. At the end of the day, the two are very different, but they both offer a pretty pure Greek experience for the aspiring liberal arts frat boy and make the campus much more enjoyable.
