Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at State University of New York at Oswego - SUNYO 5.0 I have met them a few times, they are all gorgeous and super outgoing and friendly. They seem super close and like a real sisterhood. I would try to get a bid if I had the time.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at State University of New York at Oswego - SUNYO 2.8 Really decreased in popularity last year, they have the chance to have pledges again but idk if anyone will want to. Some are hot. Very cliquey, not really welcoming. Don't seem close.
