They've gone down the tubes. House sucks and brothers are creatures. They think they're something good but they bottom tier or to be generous low mid tier. A couple of the brothers are great guys though.

Upper middle tier. Brotherhood is iffy but they are pretty solid. Some are gentlemen but the douchey greesed-up guys and try harder outweigh them. They still have great parties and generally socialize with the better sororities

I love this chapter. The individuals in this chapter keep to themselves but parties are awesome. There is always something fun happening at the teke house. I love this fraternity!!
