best sorority for new transfer

I'm going to be a transfer to Oneonta in the Spring and I wanted to join a sorority so that I can feel a sense of community. I'm not necessarily the typical sorority girl (I'm not that pretty, I'm slightly overweight and I'm very artsy) but I want to join one and wanted to know which one would be the right fit for me. Sorry if this is the wrong question to ask.

Each of the recognized sororities at Oneonta are worth looking into!

You are joining for the wrong reasons. Don't bother to go through with it. Good luck finding a community on campus in other aspects. You'll be fine and don't feel bad if you don't get a bid, there is nothing wrong with you, Greek Life just isn't for everyone.
