Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at State University of New York at Oneonta - SUNYO 2.0 Losers. Slowly declining, each pledge class gets worse and worse. Glory days are over they're falling off, so happy I didn't pledge them bc I did think about it

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at State University of New York at Oneonta - SUNYO 2.6 I know a lot of girls that really like these guys, but I'm honestly not a huge fan. I'm always hearing that they're having problems with other fraternities, and some of them really just creep me out.
