New bottom tier frat!! They pick fights, hit girls, have to beg sororities to party with them. Oh but PHI SIG still sucks them off because they are dumb thots. Just so you know they used to be in 211 Main but their landlord kicked them out because of the damages, so now Kappa Sig lives there and Chi Phi got SO mad about it they deadass threw a rock into their window...these guys straight up have issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They're cool girls but they are mad drama filled. The worst sisterhood I have ever seen even though they make it seem like they like each other on social media. They will call you their friend and then sleep with your ex bf...the worst people but their parties are lit because they are thots
