It really depends on the sorority. RLK has a rule that they don't talk badly about girls rushing them and their voting system is different from other sorority blackballs so if you want to do RLK you still have a shot. If the sorority you want to do is small and the girls in it are really close you probably won't get a bid even if the most of the other girls like you because it usually only takes a few nos to not get a bid.

honestly it wouldn't be a good move to join a local where you already have beef with one of the members. some of the locals are so small that you will see her all the time and it won't be pleasant. i'm in a local and i think you can get away with avoiding some of your sisters in the nationals because they aren't as present (just because the sorority is so large its easy to not focus on someone). but yes for most locals you will get blackballed if a sister doesn't like you.
