what’s up with theta chi and pi kap?

They are the 2 newest national frats.

Theta chi is basically crew (so people that didn't like crew black list them immediately. They have a nice house, but cops go there alot.

Pi kapp have the old PIGs house on lower court.

Both don't haze, but theta chi might soon.
