My thought is RLK. They seem to be pretty low maintenance with mandatory things, but still have great philanthropy and events without forcing it. What about nationals? Thoughts?

It depends on what you mean by lowkey, most of the locals with the exception of ADE and thusa go hard on the party scene and less so on the philanthropy. Though RLK and ade seem to be the least time consuming based on my friends in both.
