My sorority only really socials with 2nd and 3rd tier houses for the most part so I don't really know if the bottom five tiers are accurate (who cares anyway though) but I'd say you've definitely got the 2 and 3 rows pretty spot on, and I also like the DU in their own league idea, but I'm not sure why you moved phi psi down from other popular rankings, I'd say there right behind DU, they've been significantly better than tdx and agr for a while now, but still cant pass DU cuz of their fence, and have been having good parties this semester with good houses. Although the parties get a little too rowdy/packed for me, but I guess that's probably cuz im getting too old for this lol. Also good job putting SigEp above sig pi, been hearing nothing but good stuff about those boys all year, probably have some of the most fun parties on campus imo, not sure if that'll change though once more top tiers get off probo.

Phi psi also creates their own ifc awar that they give themself every year. Lose a bit of credibility for that
