why are theta and kappa not tier one

Here me out. I know theta is mean and had a beat pledge class and blah blah blah but they still social with top tier frats. They social with literally everyone alpha phi, Pi phi, etc does. Also, kappa socials with all these people too so why are they always put in tier 2?

I personally think kappa should be first tier. I just feel like theta is a small step down (in terms of appearance) which is why they are second

kappa's pc was not as good as in the past- plus none of them show up to the socials, they spend time at lower frats instead

Theta is barely hanging on to 2nd tier so quit self ranking. Greek community know you're not where it's at anymore.
