junior sorority rush

will girls be rude/ unwelcoming if you join a sorority as a junior? honest opinions please because i am unsure whether to rush or not and dont want to regret it

There is a new sorority coming to PSU next year so if you join it will be like starting fresh. That is what I am doing as a junior female.

how does a new sorority start if there are no members/chapter leaders? (not rude just curious)

Members from other chapters come and do recruitment here to colonize it then they stay for a bit to help out. Sometimes alum will help with recruitment too, its kind of a long process lol
