what other fraternities do top houses social with

by: rushing middle tier

do top tier frats (Pike, DChi, SAE, SigChi, BetaSig, Sammy) only social with each other or do they go to/ have over other upper/lower middle tier frats ( DSig, ATO, Acacia, Lambda, DTD, TKE, SigEp, AEPi, SigPi, DU). Which middle tiers hang with who/ who goes to who's parties
