are lower tier sorority girls that bad?

I'm rushing a frat this fall and just wondering if it would be bad to social with all lower tier sororities if I get a bid into a lower tier frat. One of my good friends is in ophia and she's awesome. I've seen smoking hot phi rho girls. Why do they get such a bad rep?

Hot girls are hot girls. Majority of ophia and phi rho are pretty good looking so I wouldn't worry about it

The only time the words "phi rho" and "hot" should be used in the same sentence is if it's separated by "not"
