fall 2016 rush

Is it hard to get a bid from a sorority/is rush competitive? I've looked at certain sororities websites and there isn't an address to send recs to...I'm assuming that means you don't need recs (am I right?!)

No you dont need recs. Penn state rush is semi competitive in the sense that the top chapters are kinda hard to get into, but nothing like southern schools. But basically, a girl could decide a week before recruitment to go thru and end up in a top tier
