These rankings were taken from the other top post for rankings and some frats were changed around.
The first group has dope socials but barely any open parties.
The second group has bad socials but pretty good open parties.
The third group doesn't have socials but have parties.

If kappa Sig gets off their consent agreement they may improve. I'm in a third tier sorority and I know we have some stuff scheduled with them. My friends who are in fourth tier sororities are also having a few things with them. That's pretty good for them I guess but I've never been there so can't say
