So DPHIE is coming to PSU next semester and I'm just curious, does the fact that thy will be a new sorority mean they are automatically bottom tier like Phi Sigma Sigma?

They need to earn a spot wherever it may be, and will start from the bottom. DPhiE is a big national like PhiSig and will be a good addition to the system, but yeah, they'll start down low
