end of semester top 25 power rankings

Description:
Lambda falling but should be stable.
AEPI doing great.
DU definitely did well this semester ("used" or not)
Phi Who falling after 15 weeks of probo
AGR Rising
Beta basically "dry" but did enough with good houses once or twice to slide in to the rankings
