Frats: Move Beta up for sure!!! Their social schedule has been killing it, also bring Skulls down one? and switch Alpha Sig and AXP.

I'd switch Zeta psi and phi who and move beta up to 4th tier and this is good. Just judging it on the types of guys in the houses and socials.

dsig still tier one (constantly socialing with theta aphi and kd, get bars at bagel and sae)

tier 2 is interesting bc ato has awesome parties but doesn't get good away bars
( i hear they've been going to sig pi and sig ep a lot)

acacia better than tke and lambda

lambda potentially below dtd now as well

I agree with dsig and lambda has fallen still think ATO could climb above dsig if they step their away bar game acacia could be a top tier 2 house if Dsig and ATO climb
