spring fraternity rush

Hey! While looking up information across the internet many things are unclear. For spring rush, are all frats recruiting or only a handful? That being said will the middle and higher tiers be recruiting? Also, will it be organized similarly to that of Fall Rush? Any information would be helpful.

All frats will do rush in the spring. how many bids they give out will be based on their national quota and how they did in the fall. For example, a few years ago Sammy only had 2 pledges in the spring but they're still top tier
