frats tiers 1-3

Don't know past tier 3 well, so I won't even try.

Tiers are separated by social schedule and probation/being able to have things

Within tiers: based on parties, how well liked by girls and overall respect factor

1. DChi, SAE, BetaSig, Pike(Probo), Sammy(Probo), Sig Chi(Probo)
2. ATO, DSig(Police and Probo trouble) Acacia, TKE, DTD, Lambda
3. AEPi, SigEp, SigPi, DU

DU may be getting better because they let other houses use their yard, but once its cold out they will be back to socialing with clubs
