sorority rush

Is it harder to get a bid at some chapters as a sophomore, especially if you rushed last year and dropped? And although there is a quota, do sisters usually fill it with their friends first?

They don't really know/care if you've dropped or not, but it definitely helps being friends with someone in a sorority you would like to be in

its normally easier for sophomores to get a bid to the sorority that they want because of the quota
