rising sororitys

Ok so as a higher second tier house I've been socialing with a decent range of sororities and would just like to put out there that the only "rising sororitys" are gphi zeta and dz maybe because all have much better looking pledge classes than previous years. the rest were either way worse or pretty much equal. Agree? Disagree? Thoughts?
