where do the "underground" sororitys fall in tier syst

The only prominet non-panhel ones Ive ever heard of are Trilogy, ESA, OPhiA, and apparently Gamma Sigma Sigma is one here. They social every weekend, so they're relevant enough, where would you guys put them?

Only have had stuff with ESA and Trilogy. I'd say they're similar in looks to zeta or AXO with trilogy being a little better

I wouldn't call these underground because everyone knows about them, they're just non panhel. Underground means you have to keep it a secret you even belong.
