post pledge ranking

I have seen a lot of fraternities move up and down. This is taking into account pledge classes and who is in trouble. Lamba has 40 members so no idea where they will end up and I like to have the tiers be relatively even numbers

Agree with majority of this list. A handful of houses got off to a bad start this semester and it will probs make way for other houses to step up
