who is chi phi and are they any good?

I was talking to one of my buddies recently and overheard someone talking about some party called ChiPhi land. So I decided to look them up. But not much was found on them other than the fact that they reopened like three years ago. I was wondering if anyone could give me the low down on them!

Yea they just got house back last year and are trying to pick back up momentum. Really no reason for them to be upler tier yet but at the same time shouldnt be low either. New kids on the block
