top/mid/bottom

There are 18 sororities it would make sense to have 3 tiers with 6 sororities each. Inlcuding this years pcs and In no order but in tier:
Top: aphi, gphi, zta, pi phi, kd, theta
middle: axo, dz, azd, dg, asa, kappa
bottom: aopi, phi sig, phi mu, sig kap, sdt, adpi

i understand the concept but i think the more sororities there are the more tiers there should be... having 6 top tier sororities isn't really accurate. same with 6 in the bottom tiers..
