Why do we need seven tiers? Normal tiers work like this.

Top. PiPhi, APhi, GPhi,
Upper Mid. Theta, KD, Kappa, ASA, AXO ZTA
Mid. AZD, DZ, AOPi, DG, SDT
Lower. ADPi, SigKap, Phi Sig, Phi Mu

Phi Sig is moving to the mid tier - no way did they do as bad as Phi mu, sigkap or SDT

AXO should move to mid tier - they took a bunch of yappy jappy girls. Not a good look.
