Why is phi mu always ranked on the bottom? Do they not social well ?

Honestly unsure why everyone is so quick to put them dead last.. We social with both ADPi and phi mu and I see no difference.. Honestly from being at bid day, adpi had a much worse pledge class

I don't think phi mu did the worst this year with the new PC. SigKap ADPi and SDT really slipped up.
